Delivery & returns

Delivery

Free delivery on orders above €135 / £120.
Orders below €135 / £120 is subject to a €15 / £7 delivery charge (standard shipment).
Shipment is handled by TNT and we deliver to all EU and UKI countries.
Delivery time is up to 5 workdays, whereof order processing is approximately 48 hours.

d line offers express delivery within 1-3 workdays at charge of €30 / £15.

 

Returns

As a consumer you have 14 days to return your order when you shop with us. The return period expires 14 days after the day you have received your order. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days after the delivery of your order to return the item along with the accompanied return form. If you have any questions about this, please send an email to support@dline.com within 14 days after having received the order.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the order without notifying us at the same time.

 

Partial return

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the right to return either one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

 

Free, fast and easy return

d line provides free returns on all orders. But the customer is liable if any damage occurs during transport of the returned goods. Remember to return the products in its original packaging.

Included in the box:

  • Delivery slip (overview of the items you have purchased)
  • Return form
  • Shipping label (to return the goods)
  • Scanned copy of the above shipping label

To return goods:

  1. Fill out the return form with the items you want to return.
  2. Carefully repack the items you want to return in the original packaging. Remember to enclose the return form in the package.
  3. Call TNT on 7010 1180 and order pickup from any address:
    • Provide the following customer number for TNT: 115576 and "Con no" (located on the shipping label)
    • Choose the date and time of collection (TNT collects at both private and business addresses)
  4. Upon pickup, the scanned copy of the shipping label must be assigned to TNT.

 

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you return your purchase within 14 days, you will receive your money back. We will refund the money with the same means of payment as you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We do not charge any fees as a result of the refund.

 

Your right to claim

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the EU Purchase Act apply. This means that you have the right to complain up to 24 months after receiving the goods. For some products, d line provides better rights than required by the Purchasing Act. d line offers a 20-year guarantee on steel and brass as well as its durability if the products are maintained according to the instructions provided by d line (see Maintenance).

If your complaint is justified, you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money refunded or receive a discount in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover ordinary wear and tear, etc.

You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely.
